Our return period is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need an invoice number or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not caused by our error, cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you of receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially released. Contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only products with a normal price can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item for 75 euros, you should consider a traceable shipping service or take out transport insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
